Lunch & Learn with Chef Theo Schoenegger, joined by AJ Lambert and Amanda Erlinger, Frank Sinatra’s granddaughters. 
 
Join us for an exclusive, live interactive cooking demonstration and three-course lunch on Thursday, September 24th.  Learn the secrets to preparing some of Frank’s favorite dishes, including classic polpettine (meatballs) and gamberi e cannellini – sautéed shrimp with cannellini beans and rosemary-garlic olive oil.   Chef Theo Schoenegger, AJ and Amanda will guide you, step-by-step, through the preparation of each course, while sharing shares stories of the legendary entertainer’s passion for cooking and love of family. 
 
Guests will receive a set of recipe cards as well as a copy of the groundbreaking CD, ‘Frank Sinatra Duets’, the biggest worldwide selling duets album in history.
 
The cooking demo and lunch begins at 12 noon, Sinatra restaurant.
